Ban on RSS

Ban has been imposed three times since the establishment of RSS -Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh -

First Ban- The first reason for the ban of RSS was the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi. At that time Nathuram Godse was a member of RSS and everyone felt that RSS is behind it. But no one could prove it and this Ban was removed.

Second Ban - The second ban on RSS was imposed during the Emergency in 1975. This Ban was imposed so that all the members could not be united. Later the RSS formed a mixed government with the Janata Party.

Third Ban- It was alleged for the third time that a mosque has been demolished by RSS workers. The name of this mosque was Babri Masjid, according to the facts found in the excavation, there used to be a temple there earlier. This place is located in Ayodhya.
